Tentative Itinerary: (may be slightly revised based on availability and cost)
Saturday, May 23: Depart for Italy
Sunday, May 24: Arrive Rome. Transfer by bus to Villa Vergiliana for lunch. Tour of Cumae including the cave of the Sibyl and gorgeous views of the Bay of Naples. Overnight Sorrento.
Monday, May 25: Tour of Pompeii. Spend the day in the ancient city of Pompeii. Overnight Sorrento.
Tuesday, May 26: Explore the island of Capri with its beautiful gardens and views of the clear blue sea.
Wednesday, May 27: Transfer to Florence by bus and train. Take a walking tour of the city including Ponte Vecchio, Santa Croce, Piazza Signoria.
Thursday, May 29: Visit the Uffizi Museum (Europe’s premier Renaissance art museum). Afternoon shopping or trip to Fiesole. Overnight Florence.
Friday, May 30: Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo’s David. Dinner cooking school featuring pizza and gelato. Overnight Florence.
Saturday, May 30: Transfer to Rome by train. Take a walking tour including the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps. Overnight Rome.
Sunday, May 31: Tour of the Forum, Colosseum, and Palatine Hill. Overnight Rome.
Monday, June 1: Tour of the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica. Overnight Rome.
Tuesday, June 2: Flight home to the USA
Number of participants: maximum 20
$500 deposit (towards total cost) due with registration form to hold your spot. The balance of $3482 can be paid in three methods:
1. Payment in Full – due September 1.
2. 3 equal payments of $1158 due September 1, December 1, and March 1.
3. 8 monthly payments of $434.25 due on the first of each month [August 1 and ending March 1].

Cost includes: roundtrip airfare, 9 nights’ hotel accommodations, transportation costs within Italy (train, bus, etc.), breakfast each day and dinner 8 nights (lunch typically on your own), all admissions to planned activities. Does NOT include lunches, souvenirs, snacks, gelato, drinks (other than water) at dinner and any personal expense that you may want. Travel insurance optional.
